All our products are guaranteed many for as long as you own the product. All fabric workmanship will be to the highest standards of the trade. We will correct any defects promptly and at no cost to you - including removal and reinstallation if we did the original installation.  Even if your window treatment product is out of warranty, we can often repair or replace at no (or low) cost to you.

Most of our products are made in our Factory in historic Fort Ethan Allen Essex Junction, Vermont. .
