Spring Roller Shade

Gordon’s Roller Shades are designed specifically for institutional use and manufactured to endure the toughest conditions.  All shades are custom made to fit your windows and individually tested before shipment to make sure they operate perfectly.  Made of durable materials with careful workmanship and and expert design. Flame Retardant - meets NFPA 701 Small Scale.

We offer Sunbloc opaque shadings made from close woven fiberglass base textile with sunresistant vinyl film securely bonded to each side. Washable and stain resistant. View Colors.

Large Diameter Institutional Metal Rollers
All shades are mounted in rigid steel rollers. All roller have heavy-duty springs and positive locking mechanisms

#4 1/2 Large Size Cord
Hand braided large diameter cotton cord attached to slat with screw eye and cord clasp.

Heavy-Duty Cadmium pated Hardware
Heavy plated steel hardware, complete with all necessary fasteners.

Kiln-Dried Hard Maple Slats
Indiana hard rock maple, 7/8”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, at our discretion.  Ten times stronger than pine slats.

FabrikLok
FabrikLok is a spline-in-groove fabric attachment system that prevents fabric from being pulled from roller.

Double-Needle Stitching
Both hems are double needle stitched and backstitched for added strength. Prevents hems from raveling and tearing. All hems turned to match color of shade, both inside and out. Mesh shade do not have roller hems and slat hems are heat seamed.
